Who these terms cover
These terms apply to every App Factory app you install from the App Store or Google Play. App Factory apps are operated by Sarang Ratanjee, Atlanta, GA. Contact: sratanjee@gmail.com.
Subscriptions
Some app features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods and any free trial are shown on the in-app paywall before you subscribe.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payment is charged to the App Store or Google Play account you signed up with, at the price shown at time of purchase.
A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Cancel a subscription
Cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period continues to work through its paid end date.
- iPhone / iPad: Settings app → your name at the top → Subscriptions → the app → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Play Store app → your account icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → the app → Cancel subscription.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google directly, not by us. Neither we nor RevenueCat can issue a refund on their behalf.
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com — pick the purchase, choose Request a refund.
- Google: support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637 — follow Request a refund on Google Play.
Your data
App Factory apps are local-first. Where a particular app stores or shares data is described in that app's privacy policy. See the app list for links.
Warranty and liability
The apps are provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, App Factory disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. App Factory's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the preceding twelve months.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a new effective date at the top of this page.
